Ada—do you really think I would have waited and allow anyone else to propose to you?

Very interesting Ada, especially that short courtship between you and your husband. Obviously the two of you knew that it was right, why waste time.

And, we part company at chocolate. I hate it.

How romantic!! And 9 years later still going strong.
  4. Angelika April 13th, 2008 3:38 pm
I lived in Ft Meade from ages 9-13! :-)

Very interesting facts about you, Ada. Seems that your husband’s truly, madly, deeply in love with you. How romantic!

I can’t tag you since I have no idea what you are doing with that but…….. :) My husband and I got married 1 week after the proposal. We had actually known each other about three weeks before that. We’ve been married 12 years and counting!! YEAH!

Love your list whatever it’s for. ;)

I married my best friend three months after proposing back in 2001. Been happily married ever since.

    Frank,
I know that’s why I love you so much!

    Shelia,
I’ve always been impulsive, as I’ve gotten older it has lessened just a little

    Monique,
    Thanks, you’re so sweet!

    Angelika,
It was funny though because I was born in Virginia, and except for the time I was overseas had always lived in the DC area, so I specifically asked to be sent to Korea haha, I got Ft. Meade, but it all worked out or I most likely would have never met my hubby.

    Marlene,
Thanks so much, I love him alot too!

    Jaz,
Congrats on 12-years and counting, I can’t wait till our 10th anniversary next year. The meme I’m doing is just a posting you do on your blog, telling as little or as much of yourself and tag others you’re interested in knowing more about.

    Archondigital,
Congratulations, my former had a fit when he learned of how fast we planned on getting married, since my Dad was overseas, I had him walk me down the aisle.

    Lisa C,
Thanks so much for stopping by my blog, it is always interesting to hear about short courtships, we just knew what we wanted a long courtship just wasn’t for us.
